Daily Life and Economy

       Daily Life and Economy

The citizens on Chewbaca Cana have a very lovely life style. At 8:00 in the morning, the adults wake up and go to work. At 9:30, the children on the island wake up and eat breakfast. After they eat breakfast, they get ready to go to school. The kids go to school from 9:30 to 5:10 in the afternoon. The adults work from 8:00 to 6:00. Since the children come home earlier than their parents, the adults that are working as the Child Sitters, they take the children to the play area and entertain them until their parents come home.
When the parents come home, they are to report to the play area, and pick up their child. After the parents pick their child up, they go home and start up dinner. The men go to the local market to find something for the wives to cook. Once the men have brought the food to the wives, the women cook for their family.
The citizens money is based on buying and bartering most of the time. The citizens do have money, but the like to barter mostly.

  2. I like how you have it so very detailed, especially how the man and woman's tasks as providers for the family are equal.

  3. The school day seems long, but it's nice how organized the island is.
